Our fees
Savings & Investments, Advice & Implementation
This will vary between 1 – 3% depending on Portfolio Value and complexity.
We can also agree a fixed fee as an alternative.
At MedHaven we have a cap of £10,000 per advice and implementation of our recommendation.
Mortgages
Our fees for arranging a mortgage will be between £0 – £500 depending on loan size and complexity. We may also claim a procuration fee from the lender.
NHS Pension Report
For an NHS Pension Planning report the one-off fee for this would be between £995 – £2,500, depending on the complexity and work involved.
Protection
Typically we would be paid a commission from the protection provider. We can also agree a fixed fee instead if our clients prefer.
1-2-1 NHS Pension & Benefits
Education Session
Sometimes our clients just want to better understand their NHS pension, without the need to purchase products or services. We will spend up to one hour on a 1-2-1 basis talking through the key features of your pension taking into consideration your individual circumstances – £300.
Wealth Management Ongoing Service
Between 0.65% – 0.95% per annum depending on portfolio size and complexity
